Tracy Young is a trusted Northern California real estate professional with over 20 years of experience helping families, individuals, and investors, sell their home and find their place to call home. Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Tracy has deep roots in the community and an intimate knowledge of the many unique pockets and neighborhoods throughout the greater Sacramento region.

She began her career in 2004 in new home sales with Pulte Homes, where she built a strong foundation in customer care and construction knowledge, and transitioned into resale real estate in 2006. Over the years, Tracy has successfully guided clients through countless market shifts and real estate scenarios, giving her not only strong negotiating skills, but also the wisdom and confidence that comes from having “seen it all.” She understands how critical it is to have an experienced agent who knows how to anticipate and handle issues that can arise during escrow—so her clients feel supported, but also to understand the process every step of the way. For more than 18 years, Tracy has proudly partnered with her daughter, creating a close-knit, family-run real estate team that blends seasoned experience with fresh perspective, modern marketing, and technology. Together, they serve clients throughout the greater Sacramento region, including Sacramento, Yolo, El Dorado, and Placer Counties.

Tracy is deeply committed to her profession and community. She has served on the Placer County Association of REALTORS® Masters Club Committee for over a decade, including two terms as Chair, and has also completed two consecutive terms as a Director for the Association.

Her wide-ranging experience includes short sales, bank-owned properties, first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, and vacant land—allowing her to guide clients with confidence, care, and clarity no matter their real estate goals.
